The inaugural IEEE Multi-conference on Systems and Control (MSC), to be held at the Suntec City Convention Centre in Singapore from 1– 3 October 2007, officially brings together two international conferences with well established track records and long histories of success — the 16th IEEE International Conference on Control Applications (CCA) and the 22nd IEEE International Symposium on Intelligent Control (ISIC) — for greater impact and scientific exchange. It provides the international community of researchers and practitioners a greater opportunity to discuss the latest advancements and future directions in the areas of intelligent systems and advanced control. The conference welcomes paper submissions from researchers, practitioners, and students, and will cover myriad topics in control applications, and control methods based on biological, learning, and embedded cooperative systems.

The conference proceedings will be included in the ISI Proceedings, El Compendex Database, and IEEE Xplore.

2. Opening Address
An opening address will be held on 1st Oct 2007 at 8.00 am at Theatre (3rd floor).

Luncheons would be served at the Gallery East (entrance near Meeting Room 306) from 12:45pm to 1:30 pm and tea breaks would be served at the foyer of the Meeting Rooms 307 - 314

4. Conference Banquet

The Conference Banquet will take place on 2nd Oct 2007, at 7:30 pm at Ballroom 3. One banquet ticket will be included in each registration package (except for Reduced Rate Registration). Additional banquet tickets may be purchased, at USD80 each, from the CCA/ISIC Registration Desk.
