IJSR FAQ for Guest Editors
 
1. How is the submission handled? Where should the authors upload their paper into the journal submission system?
 
    - Springer will help set up a Guest Editors’ account at the Editorial Manager System (http://www.editorialmanager.com/soro/).
    - The Guest Editors will have to provide a short name for the Special Issue so that the prospective authors know where to submit their articles.
 
2. Is there a page limit per paper for the journal?
 
    - The recommended paper length is 8-14 pages for regular papers and 5-6 pages for brief papers, both in the template format.
      This would also include 150 words of short bio for each author. The page limit for the whole issue is 100 pages. 
 
3. Is there a recommended template for the papers?

4. Where are the recommended websites to post Call for Papers (CFPs)?
 
    - Posting CFP to robotics-worldwide is encouraged.
    - Personal invitations are also effective.
 
5. What are the target dates for each issue?
 
    - In general, the journal has 4 issues each year: January, April, July and October.
    - For each issue, the review is one month, the revision is one month, and the Springer has two months for publication.
